Role Overview: As an Entry Level Sales Representative working from home, you will play a vital role in connecting union and association members with valuable supplemental benefits. This position is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales skills while contributing to the financial well-being of hardworking professionals. What You'll Do: - You will engage with union and association members to understand their needs and present tailored supplemental benefit options. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. - You will manage your sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads and follow-ups using CRM tools. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. - You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
