You will keep in touch with clients after they receive their policy, explain benefits, answer questions, and guide them through claims. Additionally, you will break down coverage details in a clear manner and be the reliable point of contact for clients.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people are essential. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada.
