This is a remote position where you’ll play a key role in guiding members through their benefit options and helping them secure long-term financial protection. Position Summary: You’ll be working exclusively with union members who have requested coverage information — no cold calls or random outreach. Your role is to educate, inform, and help clients enroll in the programs that best suit their families.
