You will be responsible for speaking with union members about their benefits and scheduling virtual meetings. Additionally, you will manage client information and ensure compliance through documentation.

You’ll be responsible for: Speaking with union members who have requested information about their benefits Scheduling and leading virtual meetings (via Zoom or similar platforms) Explaining coverage options clearly and professionally Managing client information and applications using simple online tools Ensuring accuracy and compliance through documentation and follow-ups Participating in professional development sessions to build leadership and communication skills Collaborating with your team to meet performance goals and celebrate shared success From your very first week, you’ll have the full support of experienced leaders and mentors who genuinely care about your success.
