In this role, you’ll engage directly with union members who request information about their benefits. Daily responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling appointments, conducting presentations, and ensuring quality control.
We are looking for candidates with strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service abilities. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
