Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.

What You’ll Do As a member of our team, you’ll work directly with union members who have requested information about their benefits. Your role is to help them understand their coverage, explain available options clearly, and ensure each family receives the guidance and support they deserve. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing inbound and outbound communication with union members. Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments. Presenting benefit programs in a professional, informative, and engaging manner. Completing digital forms and applications with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintaining high standards of quality control and compliance. Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, professional, and people-first attitude. Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities. Organized, team-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic. Comfort using computers, video platforms, and digital tools. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset (but not required). Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
