Your role is to guide them, answer their questions, and ensure they clearly understand their options. Day to day, you’ll connect with members via phone or video calls, schedule and conduct consultations, explain benefit programs, and handle follow-up and paperwork. Every call you make matters—because the protection you help provide directly strengthens the security of hardworking families.
