You should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude. Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is an asset, but not required.

The Role As part of our team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for the families we serve. Your role is to educate clients about their benefits, answer their questions, and provide guidance that helps them make confident decisions about their coverage. This position is about more than managing policies — it’s about empowering families, simplifying complex information, and building relationships based on trust and care.
