The Role In this position, you’ll be the frontline connection between our company and the families we serve. You’ll help clients understand their benefit options, answer their questions, and ensure every interaction leaves them feeling informed and supported. This role is about more than managing policies—it’s about empowering families, simplifying complex information, and becoming a trusted advisor they can rely on for years to come.
