The Role In this position, you’ll be the face and voice of our organization, connecting directly with the families we serve. Your role is to help clients understand their benefits, answer their questions, and make sure every interaction leaves them feeling informed, valued, and protected. This isn’t just about managing policies — it’s about empowering families, simplifying important information, and becoming a trusted advisor they can count on for years to come.
