As a Customer Care Specialist, you will guide and support families by helping them understand their coverage and answering their questions. You will build trust and simplify information to help families make informed decisions.
You should be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, empathetic attitude. Experience in customer service, insurance, or sales is a plus, but not required.

The Position As a representative of our agency, you’ll play an essential role in guiding and supporting the families we serve. You’ll help clients understand their coverage, answer important questions, and ensure they receive the protection and peace of mind they deserve. This role is about more than policies — it’s about building trust, simplifying information, and helping families make informed decisions that truly benefit them.
