The Role In this position, you’ll be the frontline of client care. You’ll guide families through benefit options, answer important questions, and ensure every client feels confident and supported. This isn’t just about managing policies—it’s about empowering people, simplifying complex information, and becoming a trusted partner families can rely on for years to come.
