As we prepare to launch groundbreaking projects, we’re seeking a Marketing Operations / Sales Admin Specialist to help streamline our marketing and sales operations, enabling strategic decisions and amplifying our go-to-market efforts. Role Overview As a consulting Marketing Operations / Sales Admin Specialist, you will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to build and manage the foundational tools and processes for our marketing and sales efforts. You’ll work cross-functionally with Business Development, Investor Relations, and Operations teams to implement CRM systems, define metrics, and track key outreach touchpoints across commercial and investor audiences. Key Responsibilities • Set up and manage our Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) and future Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms • Create and maintain performance dashboards for marketing and sales leadership • Track interactions and touchpoints across high-value target accounts and investor prospects • Coordinate weekly Business Development meetings and follow-ups • Support sales admin needs such as business card ordering, meeting logistics, and sales enablement resources What We’re Looking For - Required Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (setup, user management, data hygiene, reporting) • Demonstrated ability to support business development teams with operational tools and insights • Experience defining and analyzing marketing and sales performance metrics • Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced startup environments Nice-to-Have - Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to investor or enterprise tech audiences • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and meetings • Proficiency in tools such as What’s App, Zoom, and Google Workspace • Interest in the space or advanced technology sector Why Join Us? • Equity stake in a high-growth startup. • Remote-friendly with flexible hours. • Cutting-edge tech: Work with advanced tools and platforms • Impact: Directly contribute to missions that redefine space sustainability. Compensation: • Restricted Share Units (RSUs): There's no cash salary. Compensation is in the form of restricted share units. RSUs vest over time, aligning your interests with the company's future. Additional Information: • Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and comply with US space regulations and security protocols.
