Sales & Leadership Internship | Southwestern Advantage About the Role: The Southwestern Advantage Internship is a summer sales and leadership program where college students operate their own business selling educational resources to families. Participants gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, business management, and personal development while working full-time in a new community. What You’ll Do: • Run your own business marketing Southwestern Advantage’s educational products. • Build communication, presentation, and sales skills through direct, in-person conversations with families. • Work 80+ hours per week in a structured entrepreneurial environment. • Receive daily training and one-on-one coaching in leadership, goal setting, time management, and financial literacy. • Collaborate with a high-performing team of student entrepreneurs from across the U.S. and Europe.
