Lead FX sales strategy, drive revenue growth, build client relationships, deliver FX risk advisory, and manage a sales team.
Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years experience in FX sales and strong knowledge of FX products and negotiation skills.
Job Description: • Take ownership of all tasks and challenges in the operation of the assigned position • Lead the Division’s foreign exchange sales strategy and drive revenue growth • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at corporates, institutional, and bank clients • Deliver customized FX spot, forward, and hedging strategies • Act as a strategic advisor on FX risk • Set sales targets and performance metrics for the FX sales team • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FX sales professionals Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university (MBA or CFA preferred) • ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training • Strong understanding of FX spot, forwards, options, and swaps • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision makers Benefits: • Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled/veterans.
