Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support our construction management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in construction projects, project coordination, and management software. The ideal candidate will assist in project scheduling, document management, and site coordination to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of construction processes, blueprint reading, and project management tools. Duties • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software • Support project managers with contract administration, including review and tracking of contracts and change orders • Prepare and manage project documentation, including schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings using Bluebeam and Civil 3D • Coordinate with field teams to facilitate communication between the office and construction sites • Assist in cost estimation processes utilizing Heavy Bid and construction estimating tools • Track project progress, update schedules, and report on key milestones • Support site visits by preparing reports, safety documentation, and progress updates • Help manage subcontractor communications and ensure compliance with project specifications • Contribute to project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Qualifications • Proven experience with construction site activities or construction management is preferred • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other construction management tools • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating • Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction site coordination • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Familiarity with construction safety protocols and site documentation procedures • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position provides an engaging environment for aspiring professionals eager to develop their skills in construction project management while supporting ongoing projects from inception to completion.
