Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Competitive salary • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Training & development Bilingual Licensed Loan Officer Assistant Southern Mortgage Solutions is looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to support the Mortgage Loan Officers in our company by performing a wide range of operational tasks. Tasks are related to loan processing, documentation, data entry, and reporting. This role ensures the integrity of loan data, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth execution of back-office operations. Key Responsibilities: • Communicating with borrowers and Real Estate partners during the application process. • Collect and Review pre-approval documents from the borrower for accuracy and completeness. • Performing administrative tasks such as reviewing loan paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Assist with audits and examinations by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries. Requirements • NMLS license required in either Georgia, Florida, or Alabama. • Bilingual in Spanish. • 1 year mortgage industry experience minimum • General computer proficiency. • Knowledge of Atlanta real estate market. • Strong organizational skills. • Self-sufficiency skills as the position is 100% remote. • Experience with Arive LOS software is a plus. Hours • 40 hours, flexible between 10 AM- 8 PM weekdays and few weekend hours as needed. • Overtime eligible position. Pay Structure • $20/hour. • 10 bps commission for house leads that close.
