Full Description

Job Responsibilities • Prepares for rough drafts, letters and memos for internal and external distribution. • Acts as a receptionist for the office and refers visitors and callers to appropriate staff members. • Files incoming/outgoing correspondence and reports. • Maintains active and inactive files on general and special correspondence, reports and records for the office. • Reviews and distributes incoming/outgoing mail. • Maintains office suspense files. • Retrieves specific information utilizing CRT and/or PC. • Maintains and coordinates ordering of supplies for office. • Responsible for scheduling appointments. Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
