Soulful Hands is currently receiving new referral contracts, with client cases expected to begin as early as February 2026, and additional partnerships anticipated throughout 2026. Position Overview We’re seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers and CNAs to provide personalized, in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Support safe mobility and transfers • Provide medication reminders • Prepare simple, nutritious meals • Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment • Escort clients to appointments or errands • Document daily care notes and communicate any changes Who You Are • At least 1 year of paid caregiving or CNA experience • Warm, patient, dependable, and respectful • Able to work independently and follow care plans • Strong communicator with clients and families • Deeply respectful of all identities and cultures Requirements • Minimum 1 year caregiving experience • High school diploma or GED • Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S. • Background check & health screening • Reliable transportation (preferred, not required) • CNA certification welcome but not required Pay & Perks Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour • Flexible scheduling • Paid sick time • Supportive, inclusive, team-oriented environment • Opportunities for continuous work as contracts expand through 2026 Work Locations Assignments available throughout: ✔ Chicago ✔ North Side / Downtown ✔ North Suburbs ✔ West Suburbs ✔ South Suburbs Apply Today If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and join a company that truly sees, values, and supports its caregivers, apply today.
