Job Title: Supervisor, Data Management Location: Remote (Must be located in Hawaii) Type: Full Time Our client is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Data Management to lead daily operations, ensure data accuracy, and oversee the complete lifecycle of provider information across our systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth claims payment, accurate member assignments, and reliable provider directory updates. What You’ll Do • Lead end-to-end provider data entry, verification, and maintenance processes. • Ensure provider information is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards and contract requirements. • Investigate and resolve complex provider data issues. • Analyse trends and recommend process improvements to reduce future issues. • Assign tasks, manage workflow distribution, and support team productivity. • Track team performance against quality and operational benchmarks. • Conduct meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders. • Train and mentor Provider Data Management Analysts and Team Leads. • Support additional departmental responsibilities as needed. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • At least 3+ years in provider data management, data analysis, customer service, or healthcare operations (claims, billing, provider relations, contracting). • Experience in managed care, insurance, or medical office environments. • Previous leadership or team management experience. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
