Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SoTalent is seeking a Risk Adjustment Compliance Specialist to support compliance and audit activities. This role focuses on ensuring oversight of risk adjustment processes and liaising between internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities • Act as the primary contact for external audits, coordinating communications, deliverables, and timelines. • Manage and review audit documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely responses. • Track and report progress on audit milestones, risks, and corrective actions. • Partner with compliance and risk teams to support corrective action planning and continuous improvements. • Maintain detailed audit records, documentation, and reporting to meet regulatory expectations. • Contribute to quality improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Skills • 3+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk adjustment • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to risk adjustment (Medicare experience is a plus) • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail • Previous experience in risk adjustment oversight or coding review Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Compliance, Legal, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Company Overview • At SoTechTalent, we specialise in connecting forward-thinking tech companies with world-class talent.
