This role owns the end-to-end customer data roadmap, from architecture to model deployment, powering personalization, predictive insights, and smarter decision-making across the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities • Define and lead customer data strategy, architecture, and analytics roadmap • Develop and operationalize predictive models (segmentation, churn, personalization, next-best-action) • Embed analytics and AI/ML into CRM, marketing automation, and CX platforms • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into business outcomes • Establish governance for model performance, ethical AI, and data compliance • Lead cross-functional enablement and analytics adoption What we’re looking for • 7+ years in advanced analytics, data science, or related fields • Strong experience with ML, statistical modeling (Python, R), and cloud platforms • Proven success deploying analytics at enterprise scale • Excellent stakeholder influence and executive communication skills
