Our dedicated team leverages the potential of key digital channels, including search marketing (SEM/SEO), social media, display advertising, and programmatic strategies, to amplify brand visibility and facilitate customer acquisition for our valued clients.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our award-winning team.Sosemo is a well-established, start-up digital marketing agency that specializes in managing social, search and mobile marketing services.The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, and have exceptional problem-solving skills along with prior SEO and management experience, preferably at an agency. Paid Search and Media experience is a plus.Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, monthly events, and free snacks and coffee. Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. Fully remote employees located outside New York City will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.Other benefits include competitive salary (salary range: $82,500 - $95,000), bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, 401K, vacation/sick days, flex time, workers compensation, unemployment, and more.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research and analysisProvide search engine accessibility consultingProvide optimization recommendations for site contentDevelop and execute link building strategiesExecute blogger outreach programsDemonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reportsResearch and keep up on industry trendsDevelop new SEO services and refine processesManage and develop junior resourcesQualifications4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related fieldMust have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEOPassion for digital marketing and entrepreneurshipMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentMust be highly detail-orientedMust have basic knowledge of web technologiesMust have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores4-6 years of experience managing SEO campaignsPrior team management experienceHealth and pharmaceutical experience is a plusAdditional InformationNote: This job specification should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
