CRM and Sales Process Manager The CRM and Sales Process Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing SOPREMA US sales and marketing objectives by leading the implementation, optimization, and adoption of client-specific CRM systems and sales processes. This individual serves as a strategic partner across SOPREMA US, SOPREMA International, Convoy, RESISTO, Chem Link, Performance Roof Systems, TRP, and Furbish, ensuring that digital platforms effectively support commercial initiatives and business plans. This role blends technical project management, system administration, and business analysis. The manager is responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of all cloud-based platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce and related technologies. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Act as a visionary leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams, users, and vendors to architect scalable CRM and sales process solutions that deliver a seamless digital experience • Build, coach, and develop technical and operational staff to gather requirements, ensure launch readiness, coordinate testing, and provide post-launch support and training • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, provide training and support to Salesforce users, and drive user adoption of best practice solutions • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform • Leverage deep knowledge of CRM platforms, emerging technologies, and product engineering to guide stakeholders in solution design, deployment, and ongoing platform management • Understand and translate business needs into CRM capabilities that solve problems, drive revenue growth, and enhance sales productivity across SOPREMA US • Define and manage a portfolio of services and platform roadmaps, establish governance frameworks, and maintain clear communication with business sponsors and engagement teams • Promote platform best practices and evangelize CRM capabilities across departments, identifying opportunities for business process improvement and platform adoption • Ensure platform security by implementing secure architectures, tools, and processes that protect data and maintain compliance with internal and external standards • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness, user adoption, and business impact • Manage integrated applications and third-party add-ons • Conduct product evaluations and make informed build-versus-buy decisions to support evolving business and technical needs • Assist in re-engineering business operations and system processes related to Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Self-Service, and Partner Channel Management • Oversee project execution and personnel management, ensuring alignment of people, processes, systems, and tools with strategic goals • Other responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications: • 8+ years of software development experience as part of a team developing cloud-based platform business solutions • 5+ years of leadership experience as a software development manager or team leader • 5+ years actively working in a sales environment understanding everything sales: journeys, behaviors, pipelines, hard KPIs, soft metrics • Proven experience deploying adoptable customer-facing GUIs • Project management certification a plus • Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Business, or closely related field • Experience managing at least twenty implementations of complex cloud-based platform solutions • Experience with merging two or more instances of Salesforce • At least one Salesforce certification is required: Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Consultant • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into solutions on the cloud-based platforms • Capacity to integrate multi-level cloud-based platforms across multiple solutions • Experience with multiple cloud-based and on-premise solutions: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ACT!, and Sage are a plus • Experience managing multi-lingual platforms • Ability to translate business needs into formal requirements documentation. • Ability to analyze and document business processes. • Demonstrates a capacity for strategic and critical thinking • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Advanced analytical and excel capabilities • Experience assisting high profile decentralized projects and supporting a range of global stakeholders. • Experience with APEX code is a plus Working Conditions and/or Physical Demands: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • May be required to work outside regular working hours • Ability to travel up to 10% of time Reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
