Remote Project Manager The Project Manager manages small or medium sized projects or parts of larger projects that affect parts of the organization, with low complexity and a defined scope Responsibilities: Plans and co-ordinates small or medium sized projects or parts of larger projects affecting a department or part of the organization. Develops and maintains project plans and resource and contingency plans and ensures project documentation. Partners with project sponsors and senior stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status quo reports. Manages the project throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet agreed success parameters. Assists more senior colleagues on more complex projects by providing research, analysis and report drafting. Develops status reports to update stakeholders on project progress. Manages a small project team and liaises with external consultants and stakeholders as required. Travel up to 20% More about you: Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience, degree in Engineering, advanced or MBA a plus PMP Certification, SCRUM Master a plus At least 3 years job related experience as a Project Manager for medical device Experience in Class III medical devices, is highly beneficial. Ability to assess project risks and plan accordingly / take preventative action Assess project status and team members’ reports Understanding of feasibility and risks related to project management Ability to evaluate technical reports outside their own background Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project Management (or similar project management tool) A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet all the criteria?
