Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in hearing healthcare or business consulting, knowledge of hearing instrument technology, national account management experience, proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office, and ability to travel extensively.
Kaiser Account Manager Manages business development within Kaiser accounts, focusing on high-impact locations and coordinating with internal teams to optimize resources and drive growth. Responsibilities: Conduct weekly sales calls to Kaiser locations. Grow sales across all product lines. Promote and demonstrate new products. Train providers on product fitting and software. Collaborate with National Accounts and training teams to pursue leads and deploy resources. Onboard and train new providers. Perform needs analysis and recommend product solutions. Build strong relationships with existing and new Kaiser customers. Deliver individual and group product training. Meet assigned sales quotas. Support complex fittings with Customer Trainers. Document visits in Salesforce; manage expenses in Concur. Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. Travel up to 75%. Success Metrics Sales and financial targets for owned accounts. Activity levels and funnel progress in key locations. More about you: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Masters, HIS or AuD preferred Experience in hearing healthcare or business consulting. Knowledge of hearing instrument technology and patient care. National and key account management experience preferred. Results-driven, accountable, curious, and resilient. Experience fitting Phonak technology preferred. Six Sigma certification a plus. Contract management experience. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet all the criteria? This role's pay range is between: $90,000-$110,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
