We are a leading local firm looking to expand our Entry Level Customer Service Representative team! As a strong presence in the telecommunications industry, we excel in helping customers find the right services, supporting them through the decision-making process with wireless services, and ensuring they receive the best experience possible. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team to assist us with wireless outreach services to continue expanding acquisitions and engagement. In this Entry Level Customer Service Representative role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers to answer questions, recommend services, provide solutions, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will actively listen to our customers and be empathetic when helping them. Our goal is to create long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service at every interaction. Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Interact with customers to provide information and answer questions based on products and services that fit their wireless and communication needs • Act as a primary point of contact for each individual customer, building relationships with them while actively listening • Be a part of the full enrollment cycle, including closing the sales process and activating their new wireless device • Report and track sales activities to analyze the data and enhance sale strategies in the area • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business operations, sales processes, accounts, and services available to be fully equipped with all service knowledge and be superior in the Entry Level Customer Service Representative role • Professionally addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints, and questions Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications: • Experience in the fields of customer service, retail, sales or related fields • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers • Receptive to feedback and willing to implement constructive suggestions for improvement • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Strong organizational and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,700.00 per month Work Location: In person
