Temporary Quality Inspector – 2nd Shift Location: City of Industry, CA | Duration: 5 weeks | Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM PST Soni is partnering with a leading brand in personalized consumer products to support quality control operations on a short-term basis. The Temporary Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all personalized and monogrammed items meet strict quality standards before shipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for detail-oriented individuals with experience in warehouse or production environments. The inspector will play a key role in preventing defects, verifying packaging, and supporting an efficient and accurate shipping process. Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector: • Inspect products for personalization accuracy, including spelling, font, color, and placement • Check for physical defects such as scratches, chips, or misalignments • Follow quality guidelines to approve or reject products • Confirm all order components (type, quantity, customization) match customer specifications • Verify packaging materials are secure and appropriate for shipment • Ensure correct labeling and packaging before items leave the facility • Document quality issues and recurring defects • Collaborate with QC and warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve workflows Requirements of the Quality Inspector: • Experience in quality control or inspection (preferred) • Availability for 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM PST • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minor defects • Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs throughout shift • Team-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment Compensation: Based on experience This is a short-term hourly role.
