Soni is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of HR to join a growing organization in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, improve processes, and foster a positive, high-performing work environment. This role partners with senior leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance and promoting the organization’s values. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures. • Support organizational strategic objectives and ensure staffing aligns with business needs. • Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and job descriptions across locations. • Oversee employee relations, including performance management, grievance resolution, and disciplinary action. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Lead employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives, including orientation programs and competency days. • Manage benefits administration and negotiations when applicable. • Supervise HR personnel and provide mentorship and guidance. • Analyze HR metrics and report to senior leadership to inform decisions. • Execute special HR projects as assigned to support business growth and organizational development. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or similar senior HR role. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong understanding of employment law, HR principles, and best practices. • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with a business mindset and attention to the human element. • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics. • High ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience building and scaling HR teams within multi-office organizations. • Background in healthcare or specialized industries. • Ability to contribute to long-term HR strategy and team development. Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
