Soni is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Recruiter to join a growing organization in Monmouth County, NJ. This high-impact role will partner directly with senior leadership to identify and attract top-tier executive, clinical, and operational talent. The ideal candidate is an experienced headhunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at building relationships with high-level stakeholders and passive candidates. Responsibilities: • Lead full-cycle executive search, from sourcing to offer negotiation. • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of leadership and specialized talent. • Partner closely with senior leaders to define success profiles and hiring strategies. • Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and candidate readiness. • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. • Manage sensitive searches with discretion and professionalism. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ATS systems. Requirements: • Proven experience in executive recruitment with a track record of successful placements. • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. • High level of professionalism and discretion. • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously. Qualifications: • Background in agency or executive search recruitment. • Experience recruiting within healthcare or other specialized industries. • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and talent mapping strategies. Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
