Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred, 4-7 years brand or marketing management experience ideally in CPG, strong analytical and project management skills, Nielsen/IRI data and digital marketing experience preferred.
Our client is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for a key brand expansion. This role will shape go-to-market plans, drive product innovation, and connect with consumers through impactful storytelling. Responsibilities • Develop and execute brand plans that drive growth across retail and e-commerce channels. • Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and lifecycle management. • Partner with sales and creative teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and programs. • Analyze market trends, category data, and consumer insights to inform strategy. • Manage pricing and positioning to achieve brand and profitability goals. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. • 4–7 years in brand or marketing management, ideally in CPG. • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. • Experience with Nielsen/IRI data and digital marketing preferred. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
