Soni's client is seeking a Director of AI Technologies to lead the execution of their AI roadmap and translate business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring our AI initiatives are innovative, production-ready, and aligned with company goals. What You’ll D • oLead the technical delivery of our AI roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities • .Translate business requirements into AI/ML roadmaps, models, and agent capabilities • .Define and track measurable success metrics (accuracy, ROI, latency, etc.) • .Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams for seamless delivery and adoption • .Ensure AI solutions meet NIST and SOC-2 compliance standards • .Provide hands-on leadership from concept through deployment . What You Bri • ng3+ years managing AI/ML products or AI technical initiative • s.Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, ML, and agentic AI framework • s.Proven experience delivering production-ready AI system • s.Strong analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skill • s.Experience with NIST and SOC-2 complianc • e.Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, InfoSec, or related field; relevant certifications a plu • s.Strong leadership, project management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environmen • t.AWS AI delivery experience is a plu s.
