Job Description: • Own and execute the regional marketing plan aligned with global downstream marketing strategies and regional business priorities • Serve as the primary marketing interface to Regional Business Leaders, Sales leadership, and key cross-functional partners • Ensure marketing programs drive measurable growth, ROI, and market share expansion in priority segments • Lead regional execution of global campaigns, NPIs, and demand-generation initiatives, adapting messaging and tactics to local market needs • Drive sales enablement by translating global value propositions into regionally relevant tools, content, and programs • Ensure launch excellence for NPIs through coordinated planning, training, and activation across the region • Own regional marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and reprioritization • Partner with Finance and Global Marketing to improve visibility, governance, and ROI reporting • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional marketers • Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and foster skill growth • Champion continuous improvement of downstream marketing skills, capabilities, processes, and tools • Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic and financial rigor • Travel internationally up to 50% Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 10 or more years of marketing-related experience; OR high school diploma/GED AND 20 or more years of marketing-related experience • 5 or more years of senior marketing leadership experience in regional and multi-country roles • Strong background in downstream marketing, go-to-market execution, and global sales enablement • Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize investments, and demonstrate ROI, both long-term and within the fiscal year • Experience operating in matrixed global/regional organizations with critical shared resources • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to translate strategy into clear, outcome-driven plans • Structured problem-solving ability • Enterprise influence and ability to align teams and drive action across functions and levels • Investment mindset and disciplined resource allocation to maximize ROI • Execution-oriented approach that drives pace, accountability, and results • Ability to bring clarity and direction in complex environments • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships • Must comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards Benefits: • Remote work arrangement • Full-time employment
