The Marketing Communications Manager for USAC Downstream Marketing plays a critical role in translating portfolio and therapy strategies into compelling, compliant, and high-impact marketing communications that accelerate adoption and growth across the U.S. and Canada. This role partners closely with Downstream Portfolio Marketing, Upstream Marketing, Sales, Global Marketing Communications to deliver integrated campaigns, launch excellence, and always-on communications across paid, owned, and earned channels—ensuring a consistent Solventum voice in the market. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Marketing Communications Strategy & Execution Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications plans aligned to USAC downstream priorities and go-to-market strategies Translate product, therapy, and portfolio strategies into clear, compelling messaging and narratives for healthcare professionals, administrators, and channel partners Serve as communications lead for downstream initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, sales enablement, and awareness programs Campaigns, Content & Channels Own creation and delivery of marketing assets across digital, field, and event channels (email, web, social, sales tools, trade shows, and educational programs) Partner with Global and Regional teams to adapt global assets for USAC market needs while maintaining brand consistency Manage content calendars, messaging frameworks, and campaign timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality execution Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Marketing Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and commercial impact Lead and manage external agencies and vendors (creative, media, production) to deliver work on time and on budget Act as a brand steward, ensuring voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently applied Performance & Optimization Define and track KPIs for communications effectiveness (engagement, adoption, asset utilization, campaign performance) Apply insights and data to optimize content, channels, and campaign performance over time Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher 6+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within healthcare, medical device, MedTech, or regulated industries Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree in Marketing and/or Business from an accredited institution Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns, product launches, and multi-channel communications Proven experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams Proven leadership experience leading marketing teams Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Master's degree in Business from an accredited institution Experience in medical devices, wound care, surgical, or acute care environments Experience partnering with sales organizations and developing sales enablement materials Prior experience managing agencies or leading project teams Work location: Remote Travel: May include up to 40% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
