The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Transformation Management Leader you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Transformation Management and Execution: Oversee critical projects and initiatives on behalf of the Chief Transformation Officer and broader Leadership Team (LT), ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. Manage stakeholder relationships across various organizations in Solventum (including internal and external stakeholders) to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes. • Drive strategic projects for the organization, including by partnering with the LT and other key stakeholders • Coordinate with Solventum Leaders and external advisors to execute against project plans and timelines • Develop strategies for major projects and our overall transformation, including facilitating decision making at the highest level of the organization • Assist with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed • Additional projects as assigned in support of the Transformation Office and other organizations as needed Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5-7 years of project/program management skills, with a proven track record of executing against complex project plans Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include: • Prior experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm, with a preference for healthcare/Medtech experience • An advanced degree (such as an MBA) • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with and positively influence people at all levels of the organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen • Breadth of diverse experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide work to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact Work location: Remote Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: Not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
