Role Overview: As the Sr. Director of Change Management, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation and adoption of new processes and technologies. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing resistance, and maximizing engagement across all levels of the company. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business goals. - You will lead cross-functional teams to facilitate change initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment. - You will assess organizational readiness and identify potential risks and resistance points. - You will design and deliver communication plans that effectively convey change impacts and benefits. - You will coach and support leaders and managers to champion change within their teams. - You will measure and report on change adoption and effectiveness to inform continuous improvement. - You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to integrate change management practices. - You will foster a culture of adaptability and continuous learning throughout the organization. What You Bring: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, preferably within healthcare or related industries. - Proven expertise in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives. - Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. - Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner). - Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment. - Background in organizational development or human resources. - Familiarity with digital transformation and technology adoption processes.
