Your role is critical in ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing resistance, and maximizing engagement across all levels of the company. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business goals. - You will lead cross-functional teams to facilitate change initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment. - You will assess organizational readiness and identify potential risks and resistance points. - You will design and deliver communication plans that effectively convey change impacts and benefits. - You will coach and support leaders and managers to champion change within their teams. - You will measure and report on change adoption and effectiveness to inform continuous improvement. - You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to integrate change management practices. - You will foster a culture of adaptability and continuous learning throughout the organization. What You Bring: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, preferably within healthcare or related industries. - Proven expertise in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives. - Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. - Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner). - Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment. - Background in organizational development or human resources. - Familiarity with digital transformation and technology adoption processes.
