Role Overview: As a Representative for Executive Sales Accounts in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Solventum's presence in these key markets. You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, driving sales growth and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the healthcare community. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level healthcare clients. - You will identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives within your territory. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs. - You will conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals. - You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field. - You possess strong communication and negotiation skills. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - You are knowledgeable about the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment. - You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
