Role Overview: As a Representative for Executive Sales Accounts in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, you will play a critical role in expanding Solventum's presence in these key markets. You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, driving sales growth and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the healthcare community. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level healthcare clients. - You will identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives within your territory. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs. - You will conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals. - You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will represent Solventum at industry events and conferences. - You will provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You possess strong communication and negotiation skills. - You are knowledgeable about healthcare industry regulations and market dynamics. - You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - You are proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
