Role Overview: As an Executive Sales Account Representative for Kentucky and Southern Indiana, you will be the primary liaison between Solventum and healthcare providers in your territory. Your role is crucial in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in your assigned region. - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers. - You will identify new business opportunities and expand Solventum's market presence. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client needs. - You will conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on Solventum's offerings. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. - You will participate in regional conferences and networking events to promote Solventum's brand. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience selling healthcare technology or medical devices. - Established network within Kentucky and Southern Indiana healthcare communities. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
