Role Overview: As a Representative for Executive Sales Accounts in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, you will play a critical role in expanding Solventum's presence in these key markets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, driving sales growth, and representing our innovative product portfolio with passion and professionalism. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers. - You will identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned territory. - You will present and demonstrate Solventum’s products and solutions to healthcare professionals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals effectively. - You will provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. - You will represent Solventum at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in healthcare or related industries. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Willingness to travel within Kentucky and Southern Indiana as required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience selling to executive-level healthcare professionals. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes. - Existing network of contacts within the Kentucky and Southern Indiana healthcare markets. - Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
