Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative for Custom Smile Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by connecting with dental professionals and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate our product offerings and ensuring a seamless sales experience. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to dental professionals to understand their needs and present customized smile solutions. - You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and promotions. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to meet or exceed targets. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare or dental solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
