What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to dental professionals to understand their needs and present customized smile solutions. - You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. - You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and promotions. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to meet or exceed targets. - You will provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any client issues promptly. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or dental industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
