What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to dental professionals to introduce and promote Custom Smile Solutions. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs. - You will provide detailed product information and demonstrations to support client decision-making. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth. - You will manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. - You will track and report on sales metrics to inform business strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position Solventum effectively. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within healthcare or dental industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Ability to understand and explain complex product information clearly. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
