Role Overview: As the Customer Insights & Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in understanding and enhancing the customer journey. Your insights will drive strategic decisions that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring Solventum’s solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients. What You'll Do: - You will gather and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - You will develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with company goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into product development and marketing. - You will design and conduct customer feedback programs, including surveys and focus groups. - You will monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and experience. - You will present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer experience management. - You will champion a customer-centric culture across the organization. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or customer experience management. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects. - Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM platforms and customer journey mapping. - Background in behavioral science or psychology. - Familiarity with digital health technologies. - Advanced degree in a related field.
