What You'll Do: - You will gather and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - You will develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with company goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into product development and marketing. - You will design and conduct customer feedback programs, including surveys and focus groups. - You will monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and experience. - You will present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - You will champion a customer-centric culture across the organization. - You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer experience management. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or customer experience roles. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights clearly. - Experience managing customer feedback programs and driving customer-centric initiatives. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields. - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer journey mapping. - Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines. - Familiarity with qualitative research methods and tools.
