Job Description: • Assist in developing and executing communication plans for organizational transformation initiatives • Partner with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear and consistent • Contribute to creating content, coordinating communication activities and helping maintain alignment across multiple initiatives • Track communication effectiveness through surveys and feedback tools • Use digital communication tools and platforms to publish and monitor content Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in corporate communications or change management communications • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on • Change management experience • A global mindset with the ability to adapt communications strategies • Excellent time management skills • Change management certification preferred (Prosci, CCMP or equivalent) • Experience working in industries such as medtech healthcare or highly regulated sectors is a plus Benefits: • Medical, Dental & Vision • Health Savings Accounts • Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts • Disability Benefits • Life Insurance • Voluntary Benefits • Paid Absences • Retirement Benefits
