Full Description

Job Description: • Providing billing services and account reconciliation support for Solventum’s customers and internal personnel • Handling internal and external customer inquiries, claims, complaints; interpreting policies, investigating problems; and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutions • Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives • Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties • Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience • Billing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment • 2 years of PC experience, including experience Microsoft Office products Benefits: • Medical • Dental & Vision • Health Savings Accounts • Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts • Disability Benefits • Life Insurance • Voluntary Benefits • Paid Absences • Retirement Benefits
