What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong proficiency in application development using languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHR/EMR platforms and interoperability standards. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR. - Background in data analytics or machine learning applied to healthcare. - Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or relevant technical certifications.
