What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in application engineering or software development management. - Strong technical background in software development, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing engineering teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and data security protocols. - Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based healthcare applications and platforms. - Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in healthcare. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or healthcare IT.
