You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving service excellence and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues promptly. - You will develop and implement service strategies that align with client needs and company goals. - You will monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. - You will lead and mentor a team of client service professionals to achieve performance targets. - You will identify opportunities for service improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives. - You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management roles. - Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with CRM software and service management tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
